Service Programs:
Mechanical equipment requires maintenance. That
maintenance can either be planned or it can be done under emergency
conditions (on a hot August night when your restaurant is full
of uncomfortable people). The planned maintenance is scheduled
to happen when you want it to and before the equipment breaks and
usually costs much less. The emergency kind usually happens at the
most inconvenient time and most always costs more.
PLANNED MAINTENANCE:
Sacramento Refrigeration Inc.
provides a Planned Maintenance Service (PMS) program to its customers
at competitive rates. Under the PMS program, maintenance is provided
to the refrigeration and HVAC equipment. A complete and thorough
inspection and service is done. Air filters are changed, bearings are
lubricated, belts are checked, etc. A maintenance checklist is
provided after each maintenance to show what service was performed. In
addition, our expert technicians will do full write-ups on any
additional equipment malfunctions that they find. This is so you, or
your team, can make informed decisions relating to the care of your
equipment.
Planned maintenance has proven its value in preventing costly
mechanical breakdowns.
As an added bonus for becoming a PMS program member, we offer a
$10.00/hour discount in the event that you should need emergency
service on your equipment. We also give preferential treatment to
planned service members. During the hot months this guarantees that
you will be taken care of.
EMERGENCY SERVICE:
Emergency Service is defined as any major failure
of the HVAC/R systems to operate normally in the distribution of
factory specified temperatures and working conditions. The PMS program
provides for answering all Emergency Service requests from its members
within a 4-hour period and for maintaining appropriate repair efforts
until proper service is restored. Emergency Service is available
24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. |
